What If i DOnt like the new products?
We offer a 15-day stress-free testing period. We want to make sure every customer gets the perfect products for their facility. After 15-days, all sales become finalized. Please call the office (317) 548-5355 or your salesman to resolve the issues prior.
Due to the hazardous chemicals contained in lights, we have to ensure both safety to our customers and employees by handling these products correctly. Edge LED Lighting has to charge $75 to remove the hazardous lighting from any property.
What happens to my old lights?
We waive all lift fees when provided with one by the customer. While using the lift, we are not responsible for any damages that may have occurred during use. Each employee will always respect each customer and their property.
I have an extra lift!
Yes, we have a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges and returns completed after installation. Any defects in the products or exchanges made prior to installation will have restocking fees waived.
Is there a restocking Fee?
We offer all customers 10-days after the point of installation to submit paperwork. We also will take paperwork prior to installation!
How long do i have to submit my paperwork?
We offer all customers a free 15-day grace period after installation to pay full balances. After 15-days fees will begin until completion of payment.
How long do i have to pay?
All Averlite products come with a 5-year warranty. Our research shows that the Averlite products last for 10 years.

What are leds
LEDs are light emitting diodes. These are electronic components that convert electrical energy directly to light through the movement of electrons within the material of the diode. LEDs are important because due to their efficiency and low energy, they are beginning to replace most conventional light sources.
what makes leds better than other light sources
LEDs have no gases, filaments and no moving parts to fatigue. They provide light through a one-step process that takes place within the diode. There is no glass to break or screwed contacts to loosen.
