Emergency Sign / Light Combo
Exit and emergency combo units put an illuminated exit sign and emergency lamp heads in one fixture. They are commonly mounted over exit doors in corridors, stairwells and smaller commercial spaces where both a sign and path lighting are needed. The model listed here is the LED Exit & Emergency Combo Sign SES-EXTEC2.
When a combo unit makes sense
A combo can replace a separate sign and emergency light at the same door, leaving one fixture to wire, mount and test. It suits doors in hallways, small retail units and offices. In warehouses, large rooms or long corridors, the light from the combo may not reach far enough on its own, so additional emergency lights are often still needed between exits.
